1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Lexoperia, you agree to these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers and others who access the service.
2. Service description
Lexoperia is a legal management platform designed for law firms and lawyers in Peru. We offer tools for case management, clients, calendar, documents and billing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Privacy and data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Lexoperia, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy. Your clients' data stored in Lexoperia is your property and responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Lexoperia for illegal activities, to distribute malware, to infringe intellectual property rights, or for any use that interferes with the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these policies.
6. Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except as required by law. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Lexoperia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Lexoperia's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lima, Peru.
