1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Lexoperia, you agree to these terms of service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers and anyone who accesses the service.
2. Service description
Lexoperia is a legal management platform for law firms and lawyers in Peru. We offer tools for case management, clients, calendar, documents and billing; connectors to State portals (the Judiciary's CEJ and SINOE mailbox, INDECOPI's Casilla Virtual, SUNARP's Casilla Electrónica and Publicidad Registral en Línea, and SUNAT's Clave SOL for preparing Recibos por Honorarios); and, on the plans that include it, the SEACE opportunity radar. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not use another person's account without permission. Your plan determines how many users your organization may have: once those seats are taken, both new invitations and their acceptance are blocked until you deactivate a user or change plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
4. Privacy and data
Processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Lexoperia you consent to that processing. Your clients' data stored in the platform is your property and responsibility: your firm is the owner (titular) of that personal data bank and we act as processor (encargado de tratamiento) on your behalf.
5. Integrations (Google / Microsoft)
If you connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, you authorize Lexoperia to create and sync events (hearings, deadlines and reminders) to your calendar, using only the calendar-events permission. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings → Integrations or from your provider account.
6. State portals (CEJ, SINOE, INDECOPI, SUNARP, SUNAT and SEACE)
Synchronization with the Judiciary's case-lookup portal (CEJ) obtains information from public sources and is offered to support your work, with no official character. Since 2026 CEJ requires validating the identity of the person querying before it will run the search, so consulting certain cases requires you to register the identity-document data that portal asks for. You are responsible for that data being truthful and your own, or for holding its owner's authorization: we act only as an intermediary transmitting it to the Judiciary's form — we do not validate identities and cannot guarantee the portal will accept them. On the other portals you connect we sign in on your firm's behalf with the credentials you register, under your responsibility and subject to each entity's terms. The opportunity radar queries SEACE's public portal; its results are indicative, and each tender's terms, deadlines and conditions must be verified at SEACE itself. Delays, omissions or unavailability of these portals may occur beyond our control. Official information and procedural deadlines must always be verified at the corresponding official sources. Lexoperia does not replace the lawyer's professional diligence.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Lexoperia for illegal activities, to distribute malware, to infringe intellectual property rights, or for any use that interferes with the service or with the security of third parties. We may suspend accounts that breach these policies.
8. 14-day free trial
Plans with a published price include a free trial of 14 days. The period is counted from your organization's first sign-in to the platform — not from when you request access, nor from when we create your account — and during it you have the contracted plan in full, with the same limits on users, active cases, storage and syncing that the plan defines. We neither request nor store any payment method to begin the trial, so nothing is charged automatically when it ends. On expiry, if payment for the plan has not been confirmed, access to the platform is suspended; your firm's information is retained and access is restored once the plan is activated. The Empresarial plan is not sold with a free trial: its terms are agreed by contract.
9. Payments and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Each plan defines limits on users, active cases, storage and active SEACE radar searches, and those limits are enforced in the product: once you reach one, you cannot create more until you free something up or change plan. Storage counts everything your firm keeps in the service: documents, expense, payment and charge receipts, and the attachments and rulings brought in by the judicial sync. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except as required by law. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexoperia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
11. Eligibility and minors
To use Lexoperia you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The service is aimed at law firms, lawyers and professionals, not at minors, and is not intended for use by children or adolescents.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lima, Peru.
