Do you offer live demos?
Yes. We set up a 30-minute video call and go through the system with you, using the kind of cases you actually run.
Do I need to give you my passwords to try Lexoperia?
No. You can see the whole system without connecting a single mailbox. Credentials are configured when you decide to switch an integration on, and they are stored encrypted and isolated per firm. Also, the CEJ, INDECOPI's Public Lookups and SUNARP filing tracking work with no credentials at all, because they are public services.
How long does it take to connect my mailboxes?
We do it with you during onboarding, one institution at a time. Each integration is switched on separately: you can start with the Poder Judicial alone and add INDECOPI, SUNARP or SUNAT whenever you want.
Can I migrate my data from Excel?
Yes. We import your client and case database from Excel, at no additional cost, during onboarding.
How much is it and how do I sign up?
The Inicial plan starts at S/ 179 per month, and annual billing saves 2 months. Access is by invitation: you request it, we set up your firm and activate the plan once we confirm payment.
Do you offer Spanish support?
Yes. The team is Peruvian and the software is entirely in Spanish, with English available if you need it.
