Clear plans, in soles

Access is by invitation and opens with a 14-day trial, no card required. Prices are in soles, with no fine print. All six institutional integrations come with every plan; what changes from one plan to the next is the size of the firm and the automatic CEJ tracking quota.

The trial runs 14 days from your first sign-in. Prices exclude IGV. The annual plan is equivalent to ten months.

Frequently asked questions

Questions · 01–16
Which institutional integrations does Lexoperia include?
Six, and they are included on every plan: SINOE PJ (the Poder Judicial's electronic mailbox), CEJ PJ (Judicial Case Lookup), INDECOPI (Virtual Mailbox and Public Lookups), the SUNARP Electronic Mailbox, SUNARP Registry Publicity (SPRL) with filing tracking, and SUNAT Recibos por Honorarios. Plus a calendar connected to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
Are any integrations reserved for the more expensive plans?
No. All six are on every plan. Two things vary by plan, both running on infrastructure with a real cost. The first is automatic CEJ tracking: on Inicial you look up and record cases by hand, on Profesional tracking covers 150 cases per month, on Estudio 600, and on Empresarial it is unlimited. The second is the SEACE opportunity radar, which finds public tenders for legal services: it is a business-development tool rather than a case integration, and it is available from Estudio (10 active watches) and unlimited on Empresarial.
How often are the mailboxes synced?
Twice a day, at 07:00 and 19:00 Lima time, automatically. There is also a sync button inside the inbox, for when you would rather not wait for the next run. And if a sync fails, the system emails you instead of letting you assume there was nothing new.
What do you do with my SINOE, INDECOPI, SUNARP and SUNAT passwords?
They are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and isolated per firm, and are used only to read your mailboxes and fetch your notifications. No integration replies, files briefs or issues documents on your behalf. For SUNAT we recommend creating a secondary user allowed only to issue Recibos por Honorarios Electrónicos, instead of handing over your primary Clave SOL.
Does Lexoperia issue my Recibos por Honorarios?
No, and that is deliberate. Lexoperia prepares the receipt from the matter, client and payment data, including the withholding where it applies, but you confirm the emission in SUNAT. SUNAT has no sandbox: a wrong emission is a real tax document that must be formally reversed, so that decision stays with you. Afterwards, the integration reads your issued receipts and returns them to the system with their series and number.
Will Lexoperia spend my SUNARP balance?
No. Lexoperia uses only the free Registry Publicity queries: the status of your requests, the catalogs of zones, offices, areas and books, and your balance. Any operation that consumes balance is confirmed and paid by you in SUNARP. What we do is warn you when the balance runs low, so you do not find out in the middle of a filing.
If you sync my SUNARP mailbox, do my notifications get marked as read?
No. Notifications you have not read yet are synced without being opened, so they remain unread in SUNARP's official portal. You see the subject, sender and date right away, and the body is downloaded only when you decide to open it. Only then is it marked as read, because at that point you have in fact read it.
Why did the price go up?
Because the product now includes six integrations with government institutions that did not exist before: SINOE, CEJ, INDECOPI, SUNARP across its two services, and SUNAT. Keeping them running has a real infrastructure cost, and we would rather include them on every plan than sell them as separate modules.
How do I sign up? Is there open registration?
There's no open registration: access is invite-only, so we can look after every firm properly. You request access, we review your case and create your organization on the plan you choose. You sign in with the link we send, and that is when your 14-day trial starts — the full plan, no card. When the trial ends you decide whether to continue, and your plan goes active once we confirm payment.
How does the 14-day trial work?
It is 14 days of the plan you chose, running in full: all six institutional integrations, your users, your cases and your storage, with no cut-down version and nothing locked. We ask for no card, so nothing is charged automatically at the end. The clock starts at your first sign-in, not when you request access, and inside the product you can see how many days are left under Settings → Plan & billing. If you decide not to continue, access closes but your information is kept: come back later and you'll find it exactly as you left it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Yape, Plin, bank transfer (BCP, Interbank, BBVA) and card. We ask for no payment method to start the trial: payment is confirmed manually and your plan activates as soon as we record it.
Do prices include IGV (VAT)?
Listed prices exclude IGV. We issue a receipt for every payment.
What happens if I miss a payment?
When renewal arrives unpaid you get a 3-day grace period. After that, access is suspended until payment is confirmed; your data is kept and everything reactivates once you're current.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Write to us and we'll adjust your plan. You'll see details and current usage under Settings → Plan & billing.
Do you help migrate from Excel?
Yes. We import your client and case database from Excel at no extra cost during onboarding, and we go through it with you to check everything landed where it should.
Is my data secure?
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access control, two-factor authentication and an audit log. We comply with Law 29733 on Personal Data Protection.
