Lexoperia was born from a frustration we know well: a lawyer's work lives scattered across spreadsheets, physical folders, email and stray calendars, and one mis-noted deadline can cost a case. We brought it together into one system, made for Peruvian practice.
Law shouldn't drown in paper
A missed deadline can cost a case, and with it your professional liability and a reputation that took years. A notification seen late does the same. Most firms hold all of that together with spreadsheets and memory.
Lexoperia connects case files, business-day deadlines, the judicial mailbox, clients, documents and billing. Once that stops living in six places, the part of the day that goes into chasing information goes away.
Where we are today
Lexoperia is in early access and we work closely with every firm that joins. So far we have connected six Peruvian government services to the system: the Poder Judicial, INDECOPI and SUNARP mailboxes, the Judicial Case Lookup, Registry Publicity and SUNAT's Recibos por Honorarios. We do not promise integrations that do not exist: when one is ready, it appears in the product, and only then do we talk about it.
- 6 official connectors: SINOE PJ, CEJ PJ, INDECOPI, SUNARP (Casilla Electrónica and SPRL) and SUNAT
- Automatic sync twice a day, 07:00 and 19:00 Lima time
- Calendar connected to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook
- Client portal with links you can revoke
- In active development, shipping continuously

Our origin
Born in Lima, for the Peruvian law firm.
How the system behaves
Five rules about how we enter the State's portals and what we do with what we bring back.
One sync a day
The system enters your mailboxes twice a day, at 07:00 and 19:00 Lima time. The rest of the time the State's portals do not see Lexoperia. If you need something sooner, you sync by hand.
Nothing gets marked as read
At SUNARP we bring your notices across without opening them. In the official portal they still show as unread, exactly as you left them.
Your prepaid balance stays put
In the Servicio de Publicidad Registral we use only the free queries. No paid request leaves Lexoperia, and we tell you when the balance runs low.
Lexoperia prepares, you issue
The recibo por honorarios is filled in with the case and client data. You confirm the issue yourself in SUNAT: the system never issues on its own.
Client links can be revoked
Every link you hand a client can be cut whenever you want. They do not expire on their own, so nobody is locked out of their own case overnight.
Connected to the Peruvian State
No software imported from abroad connects to SINOE, the CEJ, INDECOPI, SUNARP or SUNAT. We built those connections one at a time.
How we protect your data
Encryption, role permissions and the audit log came before any of the pretty screens. We encrypt in transit (TLS) and at rest, control access by role, ask for two-factor verification and keep a record of every action. We comply with Peru's Law 29733 on Personal Data Protection.
Each institution's credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and isolated per firm, and are used only to read your mailboxes and fetch your notifications.
- TLS encryption
- Role-based access
- 2FA
- Audit log
- Ley 29733
If this sounds like your week, let's talk.
Request access and we will show you Lexoperia with your own case files. The reply comes from someone who builds the product, in Lima.
