The case file's morning
Follow one notification, a sample, through everything Lexoperia does with it.
There is a new cédula, with its attachments.
It comes in marked To review and stays that way until someone at the firm marks it.
It is filed in the case it belongs to.
Lexoperia reads the case number and leaves it in that case, if you already have it registered. If you do not yet, it waits for you in the mailbox.
An internal 2-business-day deadline and a task appear.
That deadline is a reminder for someone to review the notification. You verify the legal term in the cédula, because each act has its own.
SINOE and SUNARP carry no response date. When INDECOPI does carry one, the deadline is that date.
Your client checks on the case without having to call you.
You send a private, read-only link that you can revoke whenever you want. It shows the status of the case, the latest movements and the next dates.
When it is time to bill, the receipt waits for you as a draft.
Lexoperia prepares it from the client and case data. You issue it in SUNAT SOL, and the sync confirms it afterwards with its series and number.

What do you do with my SINOE password?
Your passwords are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Each firm's are isolated from every other firm's. The server decrypts them when it has to sign in to the portal.
We go in to read and to bring back what is new.
No integration replies, files a brief or issues a document on your behalf.
Nothing that costs money runs on its own.
In SUNARP we use only the free queries. In SUNAT we prepare the receipt and you issue it.
In SUNARP, unread stays unread.
We sync the mailbox without opening new notifications, so they look the same in the official portal.
SUNAT does not need your primary Clave SOL.
We suggest creating a secondary user allowed only to issue Recibos por Honorarios Electrónicos.
