  1. 05:30 · Mailbox

    Before you get in, the notification has arrived

    Lexoperia signs in to your mailboxes with your credentials at 05:30 and 17:30 Lima time. What comes from SINOE and INDECOPI lands in the judicial mailbox with its attachments, and you can filter by source. SUNARP notices have their own section.

    If you need something sooner, you sync by hand.

  2. Deadlines and tasks

    An internal deadline is waiting, with its task

    When a SINOE or SUNARP notification is linked to a case, Lexoperia creates a review deadline 2 business days out and a task on the board. It is the firm's own reminder and not a legal term.

    You check the legal term in the notice. The screen says so on every internal deadline.

  3. Cases

    You open the case and the notice is there

    The same record shows the court, the parties, the assigned lawyer, the deadlines, the tasks and that case's mailbox.

    Procedural acts come from the CEJ by the case code. On Inicial you look them up by hand; from Profesional up they are followed automatically, with a monthly quota.

  4. Documents

    Your filings are kept in the case

    Lexoperia does not draft or file anything. You prepare your filings as usual, upload them to the case and open them in a viewer without leaving it, with their versions.

    You give each file a level. Only those marked Public appear in the client portal.

  5. Clients

    Mid-morning, a client calls

    The record brings together their cases, contact details and documents, so you answer with the case in front of you. You also send or revoke their portal access from there.

  6. Client portal

    Your client can see how the case is going

    You send a private, read-only link. They see the status of their cases, upcoming deadlines, latest movements and whatever you marked as public.

    The link does not expire on its own. It stays active until you revoke it.

  7. Collections

    In the afternoon, what is still unpaid

    You record fees, expenses and installment plans, and see what is pending or overdue.

    The Recibo por Honorarios is prepared from the case's data. You issue it in SUNAT.

  8. SEACE radar

    If your firm bids, the radar watches SEACE

    You save a search and Lexoperia tells you when SEACE publishes a matching tender, with the entity and the reference value.

    Estudio plan, up to 10 active watches. No limit on Empresarial.

Lexoperia does not compute procedural terms

SINOE and SUNARP
An internal review deadline 2 business days out, if the notification is linked to a case. It is the firm's own reminder: the lawyer checks the legal term in the notice.
INDECOPI
If the notification carries a response date, the deadline and task are created with that date, the one INDECOPI gave.
The ones you record
You enter the right date and Lexoperia tracks the due date in business days.

The six connections to the State

For each one: what it reads, what it never does and when it runs. All six integrations are included in every plan. Your credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

    What it reads
    Your notification notices with their attachments, and files them in the judicial mailbox and the matching case.
    What it never does
    It does not reply or file anything in SINOE on your behalf.
    When it runs
    On every sync, at 05:30 and 17:30 Lima time.

    CEJ PJ

    Consulta de Expedientes Judiciales

    What it reads
    Each case's procedural acts, rulings and attachments, by its code. It is a public service and asks for no password. We keep a copy of the documents, because the CEJ's link expires.
    What it never does
    It does not file or change anything at the Poder Judicial. It only looks things up.
    When it runs
    Automatic from Profesional up, at 05:30 and 17:30 Lima time, with a quota: 150 cases a month on Profesional and 600 on Estudio. On Inicial you look it up by hand.

    SUNARP CASILLA

    Casilla Electrónica SUNARP

    What it reads
    Observation and rejection notices, assessments, Tribunal Registral rulings and certified-search receipts, in the SUNARP section.
    What it never does
    It does not open your notices when syncing: anything unread stays unread in SUNARP. The exception is if you turn on "Open unread notifications when syncing" in Settings.
    When it runs
    On every sync, at 05:30 and 17:30 Lima time.

    SUNARP SPRL

    Servicio de Publicidad Registral en Línea

    What it reads
    Your account balance and the status of the publicity requests you track. Tracking a filing by number and office needs no credentials.
    What it never does
    It does not spend your balance. Anything that costs money, like a literal copy, you pay for and download at SUNARP.
    When it runs
    On every sync, at 05:30 and 17:30 Lima time.

  5. SUNAT · F.05

    SUNAT

    Recibos por Honorarios Electrónicos

    What it reads
    The Recibos por Honorarios you have already issued, with their series and number. It also prepares the draft from the payment, client and case data. None of this goes to the mailbox.
    What it never does
    It does not issue receipts. You issue them in SUNAT. It does not delete an issued one either: that is reversed in SUNAT.
    When it runs
    It reads issued receipts on every sync, at 05:30 and 17:30 Lima time. If your RUC starts with 20, you issue invoices and this connection does not apply.

  6. INDECOPI · F.06

    INDECOPI

    Casilla Virtual y Consultas Públicas

    What it reads
    Notifications from your proceedings in the Casilla Virtual. Without credentials, also any public case by its code or CUP.
    What it never does
    It does not touch Reply in the Casilla Virtual. If the notification carries a response date, the deadline uses that date, and Lexoperia does not compute another.
    When it runs
    On every sync, at 05:30 and 17:30 Lima time.

Also in the system

CalendarEvery plan
Each user connects their Google or Outlook. Hearings, appointments and meetings go out to their calendar, and their events show up here without being editable. Deadlines do not go out.
Roles, 2FA and auditEvery plan
Role-based permissions and two-factor authentication. The audit log records actions such as uploading or deleting a document. It does not record who opened a file.
Consultations and notesEvery plan
Your clients' consultations and internal notes, next to the case.
ReportsFrom Profesional
Workload, upcoming deadlines and revenue. Visible to whoever administers the firm.
