How it works
You connect your mailbox with your user, your password and your mailbox number. From then on Lexoperia signs in for you each morning and leaves the new notifications, attachments included, in the case they belong to. They land in the same inbox as INDECOPI and SUNARP, and you can filter it by source.
Guarantee
Lexoperia only reads. Inside SINOE it neither replies nor files anything on your behalf. Your credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and isolated per firm.

CEJ PJ · Judicial Case Lookup

You follow the case without a password and without opening the CEJ.

What flows in
Each case's procedural acts, rulings and attachments, synced by its code.
How it works
The CEJ is a public Poder Judicial service, so this integration asks for no username and no password. You add a case by its code from Cases or Acts, and its procedural acts, rulings and attachments flow into the system and stay current.
Guarantee
A public Poder Judicial service: it asks for no username and no password. We keep a copy of the documents, because the link the CEJ hands out expires and stops opening.

Observation notices and Tribunal Registral rulings, without spending a read.

What flows in
Observation and rejection notices, assessments and Tribunal Registral rulings.
How it works
It connects with your affiliation type (individual, notary or legal entity) and your document number. It brings in observation and rejection notices, assessments, Tribunal Registral rulings and certified-search receipts, and files them in the same inbox as everything else.
Guarantee
It syncs without opening your notifications: anything you have not read yet stays unread in SUNARP's official portal. The body is downloaded only when you decide to open it.

Knowing where your request and your filing stand, without calling the registry office.

The status of your registry publicity requests and the tracking of your filings.
How it works
With your SPRL user, Lexoperia checks the status of your publicity requests by year and number, and pulls the catalogs of zones, offices, areas and registry books. You can also track a registry filing by its number and office, with no credentials.
Guarantee
Free queries only: your prepaid balance is not spent unless you confirm it in SUNARP. We warn you when it runs low, because a literal copy costs around S/ 44 and finding out halfway through a filing is avoidable.

SUNAT · Recibos por Honorarios Electrónicos

The receipt arrives already built from data the system already holds.

What flows in
Receipts built from the matter, client and payment data, and the ones you already issued returned with their series and number.
How it works
Lexoperia takes the recorded payment, the client and the matter, and prepares the receipt with the recipient, description, currency, gross amount and the fourth-category income withholding where it applies. In the other direction, the integration reads the receipts you have already issued and returns them with their series and number.
Guarantee
Lexoperia prepares; you issue in SUNAT. It never issues on its own. An issued receipt is not deleted from here either: it is reversed in SUNAT, as the rules require.
Applicability
This applies if you issue Recibos por Honorarios. If your firm is a legal entity (RUC starting with 20), you issue invoices and this integration does not apply to you; the system tells you so when you configure it.

What flows in
Notifications from your administrative proceedings, plus any public case by its code or CUP.
How it works
With your credentials (DNI, RUC, Carné de Extranjería or Clave Extranet) Lexoperia brings in notifications from your INDECOPI proceedings: consumer protection, trademarks and copyright. Without credentials you can also look up any public case by its code or CUP, and the result is saved into your matter.
Guarantee
Lexoperia reads the inbox and never touches Reply. When a notification carries a response date, the deadline and task are created with that date: the one INDECOPI gave, not one we computed ourselves.

Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook

Your firm's calendar, in the one you already open every day.

How it works
Each user connects their own Google or Microsoft account. The hearings, appointments and meetings you record in Lexoperia are created in your primary calendar, and they update or disappear when you change them here. In the other direction, your Google or Outlook events are displayed inside Lexoperia's calendar, so you see the whole day without switching tabs.
Guarantee
Events from Google or Outlook are displayed, not imported: they do not become firm events and cannot be edited from here. Deadlines, on the other hand, are managed in Lexoperia and appear in your calendar, but never leave for your external one: a procedural term is not an appointment.

Your client looks in while you keep working

  • Case status, hearings and the timeline update on their own.
  • It saves you the usual call asking how things are going.
  • You share only what you mark as public. Internal and confidential material never leaves the firm.
  • The link is private and read-only, and you revoke it whenever you want.
  • If you need something on paper, you build a case status report and print it or email it.
